The most beautiful stories have happy endings. They are also true, though names may be changed.
For the 10th year in a row, the Big Brothers and Sisters in Slovenia program, together with its constituents and supporters, have brought smiles to faces and enabled a better future for children and adolescents who hail from needy families.
This big anniversary is being celebrated with an exhibit featuring stories by the children who, with the help of their Big Brothers and Sisters, were provided with experience and knowledge that might otherwise have remained beyond their reach. They are a perfect encapsulation of the Big Brothers and Sisters program in Slovenia, from its inception to today.
This exhibit, brimming with joy and humble wishes of the children involved, will be on display at City Hall in Ljubljana from Tuesday, 11 May until Thursday, 27 May 2021. Without this project, many stories would have never been written. Others will be written in the future thanks to it. We provide children with a boost of confidence to move toward their life goals.
