Melita Joželj Nose, Director at Herman & Partners, and Creative Director Miha Bevc, both partners in the firm, spoke at the Slovenian HR Conference run by HR&M Magazine.

Melita and Miha spoke about interweaving worlds and knowledge, public relations and the creative universe, combining the analytical, quantitative and business segments of HR. This is the core of an employer’s brand. 

The brand is derived from the union of strategic communication, intensive HR cooperation, marketing, and creative insight. Is an employer’s brand just a question of content? Is it merely a logo? A promise made by an employer? Is it a sort of metaphorical glue? Does it hold together strategic content, the cooperation of employees within the company, thorough analysis, intertwining communications and creative insight? Above all, this is down to the collaboration of all three fields of expertise and the exceptional support of the first man or woman running each company.
